Library Board

The East Moline Public Library is governed by an appointed Board of Trustees. The Board meets at 4:00 p.m. on the fourth Monday of every month except for the combined months of November/December. Visitors are welcome. The Library’s Freedom of Information Officer is Alice Groth. She can be reached at 309-755-9614.
