The East Moline Public Library offers Community Passes! The Library offers Community Passes for access to the Niabi Zoo, Putnam Museum, the Quad Cities Botanical Center, and the Figge Art Museum for FREE! Ask library staff about checking out the FunBundle!
Please consider the Rules of Use for the Community Passes:
- Checkout for 7 days and are not renewable or holdable.
- There is a 2-day waiting period between same pass checkouts.
- There is a limit of one pass per household.
- May only be checked out by Full-access EMPL cardholders 18 or older.
- Community passes turned in 4 or more days late will result in loss of community pass borrowing privileges for 30 days. The Library Director may extend this time period for cases of excessive lateness.
Please return the passes to the East Moline Library. They must be returned to the Main Circulation Desk at the East Moline Public Library and may not be returned in the book drops. There is a $10 fee for returning the passes to another library or in our book drop.
