Assistant Library Director

The Assistant Director assists the Library Director in the management, supervision, and administration of the library in accordance with library policies. They are directly responsible for the Circulation Department, Tech Services, and Reference Services. Selects library materials and performs collection maintenance. This is an exempt full-time position with an excellent benefits package that includes health, vision, dental, and life insurance; IMRF retirement; 12 paid holidays, 3 weeks vacation a year, 8 hours sick leave a month, and 16 bonus hours of leave a year. Part-time Library Caretaker: Custodial and Maintenance

The East Moline Public Library is looking for a reliable and dedicated individual to fill our part-time custodial and maintenance position. This person will be responsible for cleaning the entire library, maintenance, and repairs to the library building and grounds. They will be scheduled Monday-Friday, 6AM-10AM. Benefits include vacation, sick, and bonus leave; twelve paid holidays; IMRF pension.
