Library Card Application

The East Moline Public Library has two different library cards:

Digital-access library cards allow access to the library’s e-resources and digital content ONLY. Patrons must be 14 to apply and the card will be mailed to the address provided on the application. Digital-access cards are free and do not have any residency requirements.

Full-access library cards allow access to all the library’s physical and digital content and e-resources with full borrowing privileges. Patrons must be 16 to apply. Full-access cards are free for residents of East Moline and Hampton. A picture of a valid I.D. and proof of address must be included as attachments in order to receive a Full-access library card. The library card will be mailed to the validated address.
